Rent or Mortgage Assistance up to $1,000 for breast
cancer patients or survivors…
MISSION STATEMENT To provide assistance in retaining housing for breast cancer patients and survivors while waiting for a cure. Our sole purpose is to assist towards helping to prevent homelessness amongst breast cancer patients or survivors by providing assistance in the form of up to $1,000 towards one month’s rental or mortgage payment. WHY & HISTORY Our Non-Profit began with a conversation between two women who, when diagnosed with breast cancer, found no resources available to assist them with retaining their housing. Both lost their homes while going through and recovering from treatment. They decided it was time to develop a resource that would directly impact those men and women struggling to keep their homes while enduring not only the loss or reduction of income, but also the unexpected cost surrounding treatment. Donate NOW!! AMOUNT NEEDED: Our target goal for 2016 is to help 75 families or singles with one-time assistance in the form of rental/mortgage payments up to $1,000. Our immediate goal is to be able to assist 12 applicants. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE Instructions: 1.
